Welcome to Dunn Mandolins
Mandolins are my passion. I build them from my home workshop in Brisbane, Queensland, using the highest quality imported tonewoods and hardware. Being a one person workshop, with a dedication to careful construction, I do not produce mandolins for the sake of churning them out in great numbers. My goal is to produce high quality instruments with incredible tone and clarity at an affordable price.
Quality cannot be sacrificed by shortcuts. I have trained under Roger Siminoff in California, USA, and continue everyday to learn more about the fascinating and complex art of mandolin luthierie and acoustics.
